Greetings to all of you, my Friends, I am very happy to meet all of you again. I continue to extend my good wishes to each of you.
Today we shall continue our discussion on Lung energy pathways and show you some simple procedures to help you assist in keeping your lungs healthy.
By massaging on the lung point-1 bilaterally as shown on the graphic, you can help reduce the energy disturbance in the lung meridian if there are any. When the energy disturbance is reduced, the energy blockages in the meridian will be reduced or removed by normalizing the flow of vital energy in the meridian. When the energy circulation is normalized or balanced and stabilized for 24/7 for a few days to weeks, the normal lung functions will return by reducing the imbalances slowly, eventually replacing the previously experienced pathological lung functions like shortness of breath, bronchitis, cough, sinus problems, asthma, post nasal drip and pneumonia, etc.
Acupressure massages are compatible with all other medical procedures and therapies. There is no problem in gently massaging these points by yourself or by an assistant to improve the energy flow in the lung energy pathways. If you are on any special medication or therapies for any of these above conditions or other lung - related conditions, If you can keep your lungs balanced energetically, the medications will have a better opportunity to work on you to help to reduce the presenting symptoms.
Massage bilateral Lung - 1 points to heal the lungs.
This procedure can also be used as a preventive measure to maintain healthy lung functions in healthy people.
Gently massage in small circles from right to left over the specific points either right on the skin or 1 inch above the skin of the point. You do not have to touch the skin while massaging. The vital energy is believed to expand at least a couple of inches above the actual energy pathways throughout.
Some people may be very sensitive to touching the skin directly. It will be better for such people to massage right above the points without actually rubbing on the skin.
Procedure:
Gently massage the lung point-1 on the right for 30 seconds as described above first, then massage the point-1 on the left for 30 seconds. Wait for ten minutes. Then repeat the procedure again. Wait for another ten minutes. Repeat the procedure again. Massage a total of three times these points on both sides in each session.
Then wait for an hour. If the problem continues, repeat the whole procedure, three sessions once every hour until relief is received or until help arrives.
When the condition is stabilized, try to massage these points once in the morning and once in the evening for a few weeks to months that can maintain normal lung functions for a long time.
