This is 4-year-old lip filler. Honestly, it still looks pretty good! However, over time filler can shift slightly (migration) and lose the crisp definition we want in the lip borders and Cupid’s bow.

You can see:

Even when filler still looks “okay,” the shape may not be as precise as when it was first done.
