Cancellation policy update

As of now I am unfortunately having to enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not get ahold of me before 24 hours I will be charging 50% of booked service due before next service is booked.

My messaging system sends a confirmation text 72 hours before any appt. Please message me at that time as it gives me enough of a chance to reschedule and fit a new appt into that time slot.

I cannot continue to lose money last minute that I am expecting for my own family bills, or time in my day when I could have fit another client that might have been waiting weeks for that time slot.

That being said, I am completely understanding in the event of a true emergency.

Effective as of today, my service prices have changed. Due to rising product costs and utilities have no choice but to raise my prices. Please message me if you have any questions regarding scheduled appts.

Also, I do try to return messages in a timely matter but I am one person. Sometimes it takes a few days for me to be able to respond. Over the years I have realized how important family time is. I no longer reapond to messages on weekends, and some nights when I get home at 7pm I need to unplug!

Furthering my education while on this break to bring you some new curl techniques when I'm back ❤️➿

I hear it all the time "I wish I could wear my natural curl and just pass by the awkward stage!". Well, there's no better time then now to start. Give your hair a break this next 30 days and get through it! Stop blow drying and flat ironing! Focus on adding moisture and learning to work with your curls!
For starters, let your conditioner sit on a few extra minutes, even take one of those ::illegal:: plastic bags and wrap it around your hair to keep the heat in, finish by wrapping with a towel. Let sit for 30 minutes and then rinse with cool water. Your hair will thank you!
Another starter tip, stop brushing! Use a wide tooth comb or your fingers in the shower to detangle your hair. That's it... you're done brushing! Easily scrunch your curl with closed fingers when you get out, no harsh towel drying!

As many of you know I'll be on vacation very soon with my family, I have a couple hair cut openings on Jan 2&3 and that's it! If you need to book after I'm back please do so now, my schedule is already full! I will also not be answering any messages on vacation to fully enjoy the time with my family ❤️
