Due to the dramatic increase of customers not showing up for there appointments, I am seriously considering a 'no show fee'. Unfortunately I do not think some people take in consideration the impact this has on my staff's weekly pay. My staff at the salon has increases frequently on there products, Insurance, weekly booth rent and credit card fees. We all strive to not have to continuously raise our prices. So please be kind to my staff and cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time to another client. We would also ask that customers arrive on time for their appointment.
