🟣Consuming healthy foods is great for the body. As for LIMITING certain foods, and eating PORTIONS. (Control Eating)
🟣 Avoid drinking soda & juice. Sugary drinks. WATER takes a major part in the human body
——> If the body is not receiving enough water. Health issues could occur. Huge risk, Dehydration.
🟣 Massaging areas with Stubborn fat could help skin elasticity, reduce cellulite & loose skin.
(Recommend to do every morning & night with oil or lotion)
🟣 Exercise is a priority for the human body. Gyms are NOT always necessary! All you need is self-motivation. One is able to workout at home for 10 mins.
