For the past two years I have been teaching future cosmetologists, pouring into students, and growing in ways I never expected ✨

butttt… your girl is officially stepping back behind the chair & now accepting clients again 🫶🏼

While finishing my degree in elementary education, I’m also making time for the thing that started it all — making people feel confident, beautiful, and like the best version of themselves.

Hey, hi friends 🤍

I have been trying to put together words to explain all the BIG things happening in my life. I have put it off long enough and have finally decided that I must share in order to be completely transparent with yall.

As of August 1st I will be closing the doors to the salon. It was such a bittersweet decision after allll the blood sweat and tears put into it. We received news of my husbands family’s ranch will be relocating in the coming years which puts us in limbo till then.

On top of that I accepted the position at Waxahachie Highschool to teach Cosmetology 🤍 I am truly excited for this next chapter of my life. If you know me you know my servant heart and I truly don’t think there is any better way to serve than by pouring into our next generation coming up thru the industry.

My journey thru the industry has been one that I wouldn’t trade for the world. The ups and the downs have taught me so much and I’m thrilled to teach baby stylists and hopefully help them with their journeys.

It was a hard decision to make these past few months, but I know that I am making the right decision for me and my family. I have prayed and prayed over it and I know that the only way things have lined up the way they have is because of god and my guardian angel pawpaw 🤍 I mentioned in a story a couple of weeks ago about struggling with burn out and boy it’s been rough. The constant battle with social media, the constant feeling of having to be perfect, dealing with not so nice people,it all just came to a head for me. While I love being a business owner, I love my sanity more. I feel that my purpose on earth is to use my story to help others. God is guiding my path forward 🤍

To my loving and loyal clients, do not worry I WILL STILL BE HERE to give you all of your hair needs but availability will be limited. If you have an appointment past July I will reaching out to you to give you details on where I will be doing hair. As of today, I will no longer be accepting new clients !
