First thing I learned...

Already I feel like this will be my biggest challenge!

I learned a few other things that are important too.

New product...No lie...I literally just expressed to my amazing hubby this week...I need a healthy snack...and Plexus just delivered! Making goals easier to reach!!!

Then Plexus released some new technology! This will make helping others reach their goals!!! It takes out a huge road block for new customers or ambassadors.

I really need to practice using this new technology. I can't wait!

“Considering my actual size, this isn’t as huge of a weight loss as it may seem. I was carrying a lot of inflammation. Every joint in my body ached. I had plantar fasciitis so bad that I could barely walk without limping. It was painful to even get out of bed🛌 in the mornings. Can this really happen using Plexus? Why, yes...yes it can...it happened to me. I was so embarrassed!!! While I would not recommend wearing pants that no longer fit...using Plexus to get your pants to that point is awesome! LOL

I wanted to wish you all the very happiest Friday with some happy news!! I’m “officially” down 46 pounds since beginning my journey! I’m not sure how many pant sizes, as I literally only had & wore one pair of pants pre-plexus (the rare occasion I even left my house that is) & they’re the ones featured in this before pic (drawstring lol) I took this picture with the sole purpose/intention of it becoming a “before pic” one day! It’s when I started my journey. A little over a year later...success!! It’s now become just that...a “before” pic lol ☺️🙌🏽

Truth be told I dont know how big I actually got, all I know is size 16 jeans didn’t fit. They wouldn’t even go up over my thighs & butt lol 😳 just bought the pair I’m wearing in the current pic, comfortably size 12 ☺️🙌🏽 I’ll take it! No sucking in, laying down to zip them, no giant muffin top hanging over the top & sides that needs covering with a big hoodie...yeah none of that lol
