Our facility includes a fully equipped Wellness Center, Weight room, 2 pools, 2 gyms, and 2 Group Fitness rooms.

Hey Y family, the school year is just around the corner and United Way of Franklin County needs our help to Stuff the Bus‼️
Donate headphones/earbuds, colored printer paper, folders, binders, composition books, and other school supplies to help Franklin County students.
You can bring supplies to the Waynesboro Area YMCA and drop them off in the collection box in our lobby before July 31 ✏️🎧🖍️📚

Complete 50,000 steps or 10 hours on the NuStep before November 30th to earn a free t-shirt.

We are excited to announce the addition of our new NuStep T6 Recumbent Cross Trainer!
Thank you to the Franklin County Senior Community Grant, funded by the John H. Shook Foundation and the Greater Chambersburg Chamber Foundation, we received $9,800 to purchase the NuStep for our Wellness Center.
Designed for older adults, individuals with mobility limitations, and those continuing their wellness journey after rehabilitation, the NuStep provides a safe, low-impact, full-body workout that helps improve cardiovascular health, strength, and mobility.
A heartfelt thank you to the John H. Shook Foundation and the Greater Chambersburg Chamber Foundation for investing in healthier, more accessible wellness opportunities for our community!

As we celebrate our 50th Anniversary at our Main Street locaiton, we're sharing the stories behind the commemorative pavers that will soon surround the YMCA flagpole.
For long-time member and supporter Jeff Rock, purchasing a paver was another way to support an organization that has been part of his life for decades.
Jeff shared memories of his YMCA involvement during his developmental years.
"During the 50's and 60's the Y was the center of activity for my generation-Saturday morning gym classes, Saturday Night Club for teenagers, basketball leagues, annual gymnastics shows," reflected Jeff. "Just a number of activities that shaped your sportsmanship and character as you headed into adulthood."
Today, Jeff continues to support the YMCA because of the values it brings to so many. As he explained, "The YMCA is the one place in the community where Christian values, building wholesome communities and families, and creating a better you merge together!"
Thank you, Jeff, for helping us celebrate 50 years of impact at our Main Street location and for supporting the Commemorative Paver Campaign.

🏐 SUMMER YOUTH VOLLEYBALL CAMP IS ALMOST HERE! 🏐
