We’ve updated our cancellation policy to include “reschedules”

We value your time—and we ask that you value ours, too.
At Radiant Aesthetics, every appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. When a client reschedules, cancels last-minute or doesn’t show, that time can’t be filled, and it directly impacts our providers— imagine showing up to work and not getting paid. Not cool.
That’s why we have a very strict $150 reschedule/cancellation/no-show fee in place. You are receiving confirmation emails and texts within 48 hours of your appt. If you reschedule/cancel/ or no show within 24 hours of your appt you will be charged.
This policy protects the integrity of our schedule, our team’s livelihood, and the experience we provide to every client who is waiting for an appointment.
We completely understand that life happens. We simply ask for adequate notice so we can offer that time to someone else who’s been waiting.
Respect goes both ways, and we’re committed to showing up fully for you—every single time.
