A few Updates/Changes to policy

💕From this day forward your confirmation text messages will now be coming “48 hours” prior to your scheduled appointment (previously 24 hours) This is to ensure you have time to make any changes prior to the 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy.

💕Cancellation policy is as follows…
Any and all changes can be made prior to 24 hours from your appointment, with no hassle.
A cancellation/reschedule fee of $50 will be charged if within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
If your service is less than the $50 fee you will be charged 1/2 half of your appointment scheduled amount. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

💕I will also be requiring a credit card on file for everyone, including friends and family. If your credit card does not work, the cancellation fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

💕In addition you may schedule online, if you prefer, or you may continue making your appointments as you have in the past through text.
