These photos are about six months apart. There were ups, downs, and weeks where I felt like nothing was changing, but looking back reminds me why consistency matters.

One thing I’ll always be honest about is that visible results take time. Don’t expect to see dramatic changes after your first injection. Stay consistent, trust the process, and give your body time to work.

PCOS and reta… let’s talk about it. 💛

I’ve had several people ask if reta can help with PCOS. The honest answer is that there isn’t enough research yet to say yes, but there is a scientific reason researchers are interested in studying it.

Because reta may improve insulin sensitivity, support weight loss, and improve overall metabolic health, it’s possible that some women with PCOS could experience improvements in certain symptoms. That said, it’s not currently approved or proven as a treatment for PCOS.

As more research comes out, I’ll continue sharing evidence-based information with you. 🫶
