Porchetta Rellena con Arroz Mamposteao de Gandules! Quedo a otro nivel! Gracias a la gente de SABORIZA MARKET porque me hicieron llegar todos los ingredientes... hasta la porchetta desde Rhode Island hasta mi casa en Florida! 

Temperatura: 350° x 3h 30mins. Después 400° x 30 mins adicionales para tostar el cuerito
Aquí los ingredientes:

▪︎2 Plátanos maduros
▪︎Longaniza o salchicha de tu preferencia
▪︎Un pedazo de jamón se cocinar
▪︎1 Cebolla pequeña
▪︎1/4 pimiento verde
▪︎1/4 pimiento amarillo
▪︎1/4 taza pimientos morrones 
▪︎1 cda ajo
▪︎2 cdas sofrito
▪︎2 cdtas cubito de pollo en polvo
▪︎Sazón a gusto
▪︎2 cdtas ajo en polvo
▪︎2 cdtas cebolla en polvo
▪︎2 cdtas oregano seco
▪︎1/2 cdta pimienta negra
▪︎1 lata de Gandules lavados y con un poco de agua
▪︎Recao o cilantro a gusto
▪︎4 tazas de arroz grano mediano cocido
▪︎Le añadimos los maduros ya fritos al arroz

Para la porchetta:
▪︎1 porchetta de cerdo con el cuerito
▪︎Sal a gusto para extraer el contenido de agua en el cuero. Así te queda bien crunchy el cuerito
☆Colocamos la porchetta en la nevera por 1 hora
▪︎1 cda ajo en polvo
▪︎1 cda cebolla en polvo
▪︎1 cdta pimienta 
▪︎1 1/2 cda sal
▪︎1 cda oregano
▪︎1 cda sazón 
☆Añadir aceite de oliva hasta crear una pasta
▪︎Cordón para amarrar pasteles

 ▪︎A piece of cooking ham
 ▪︎1 small onion
 ▪︎1/4 green pepper
 ▪︎1/4 yellow pepper
 ▪︎1/4 cup roasted red peppers
 ▪︎1 tbsp garlic
 ▪︎2 tbsp sofrito
 ▪︎2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
 ▪︎Sazón to taste
 ▪︎2 tsp garlic powder
 ▪︎2 tsp onion powder
 ▪︎2 tsp dried oregano
 ▪︎1/2 tsp black pepper
 ▪︎1 can of Gandules washed and with a little water
 ▪︎Culantro or cilantro to taste
 ▪︎4 cups of cooked medium grain rice
 ▪︎We add the fried ripe plantains to the rice

 For the porchetta:
 ▪︎1 pork porchetta with the skin
 ▪︎Salt to taste to extract the water content in the skin.  This is how you get the skin crunchy.
 ☆We place the porchetta in the refrigerator for 1 hour
 ▪︎1 tbsp garlic powder
 ▪︎1 tbsp onion powder
 ▪︎1 tsp pepper
 ▪︎1 1/2 tbsp salt
 ▪︎1 tbsp oregano
 ▪︎1 tbsp seasoning
 ☆Add olive oil until you create a paste

Jack Daniels Glazed Smashed Burgers..... the flavour of these is absolutely incredible! If you’ve ever had the Jack daniels glaze from @tgifridaysuk you’ll enjoy this one!!

The burgers are a 70/30 meat to fat ratio mix smashed and seasoned with @sucklebuster SPG

To make the sauce you will need:

1 head garlic (roasted is best)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1⅓ cups dark brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
⅔ cup water
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons minced white onion
1 tablespoon @jackdaniels_uk 
1 tablespoon crushed pineapple
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Combine the sugar, pineapple juice, water, teriyaki and soy in a pan before adding the garlic. 

Whisk to combine then add the remaining ingredients, mix, simmer and reduce by half.

You can keep this sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 days. 

It’s perfect with grilled chicken, ribs, steaks.... Almost anything so it’s perfect to make ahead of time if you desire.

For this cook we used the @kamadojoeuk carbon steel griddle on the big joe.

We used @ballymaloefoods mayo to toast the burger rolls.
Then topped the burgers with @dromonamakesit cheese, sautéed onions and streaky bacon..

This was a no messing burger... they may not look pretty pretty and don’t have any salad etc but they deliver a massive flavour hit..
