Today marks 2 months of going off on my own and ever since I started my business, on top of everything I feel like I’ve been running away from the voices that told me, “You aren’t ready, you don’t have the clientele, you need more experience, you need to pay your dues and work for someone else before doing that” and some days I feel like I beat them, and other days they catch up to me, and on those days I can see myself going back to old destructive patterns of not eating well, procrastinating, and surrounding myself with people who mirror those voices back to me. Not only is owning a business hard physically and mentally, but emotionally hard. Would I change it for the world ? Absolutely not.
The support, love, and faith from my guest and loved ones, has outweighed the words that seem to want to overtake my ability to do this. God wouldn’t allow it if it wasn’t meant to be, and I hope this post snaps you out of falling into old habits, having imposter syndrome and remember the girl/guy who decided to just go for it !
