Sculpting & snatching a body to me, is therapeutic. As an add on to the work, the most rewarding part is the reactions to the therapies …I love the Confidence that women get as a result if my work.

I didn’t already know that body sculpting & self care was my calling till I needed it. I tried literally everything to fix my physical to make me feel better inside.

After all that I tried and my failed attempts in my journey, I was able to put together all the modalities that gave me results and bring them together. Everything I offer has been tried & tested on myself, proven to work…

The 3 most important things I have learned & will share are this:

🤍 If everything’s wrong in your life, the 1 thing you have control over is yourself. Put your Self Care first & everything will fall into place. There’s no wealth like your own health 💯

🤍 Just START, start somewhere anywhere, and start Now. Not tomorrow, it never comes. Take the first step to your wellness, take a walk, book your first apt, drink water…Just Start

🤍Lastly, Stay CONSISTENT, keep going, keep pushing. NOTHING is permanent, not even surgery. Fat will go away and come right back if you don’t stay consistent.
