This is Bev, She wanted a change. Bev decided to embrace the grey and white. These are pictures of her transformation. Bev was very happy with the outcome. It’s beautiful.
Total transformation took 8hours.

Due to the rise in Covid -19 in the state of CT,
We ask for your continued cooperation in protecting yourself, other guests and our salon team by wearing a mask, we will be wearing them as well.

I hope this note finds you all well.
Tomorrow, May 19 the Governor is lifting the mask mandates for many places in the state for vaccinated people.

We have discussed this issue as a team and decided, PLEASE CONTINUE TO WEAR A MASK INSIDE THE SALON.
We will too.

Here is why;
#1- My co-workers and I,
ALL have family members who have either pre-existing health concerns or/and who are elderly and we still need to protect them from any form of the virus\flu.

#2- We want to be respectful to those who have chosen to not be vaccinated (which is your choice).
You wearing a mask, as well as us wearing masks will keep us all protected.
This decision is not about anything other
than we want to keep everyone else as safe as possible, which we have been able to do so far in our small space.
We will continue sanitizing between each client and air cleaners will be in use as well.

Just wanted to reach out and thank everyone again for your continued caution with following our COVID-19 protocols!!

• calling to reschedule when you’ve been exposed or have come down with COVID-19. (thankful for you all)
• being so flexible with appointments during this difficult time.
• for getting vaccinated for us all. 🙂

We now have an air cleaner/ purifier that clear particles out of the air in the salon every 15 minutes. Filters are changed regularly.

A REMINDER; if you are vaccinated, you...

•STILL NEED TO WEAR A MASK!! (over nose AND mouth)

• WASH/ SANITIZE HANDS UPON ENTERING.

• only bringing into the salon your form of payment and phone.

Forms of contactless payments;

Apple Pay, Debit/credit, Venmo, Pay Pal.

Still accepting cash and checks (preferred to have checks filled out ahead of the appointment, I can let you know the amount ahead of time.)

Hello everyone, happy fall!
Just a quick update;
As many of you know, the Governor has approved stage 3 operation for the State.

We at Direction’s hair salon feel for the continued protection of our clients as well as ourselves during the next several months with
flu/cold season coming, we will NOT BE MOVING FROM STAGE 2.
What does this mean?
It means, A MASK IS A MUST!!

Also;

1- continued texting our cell phones upon arrival/ waiting in cars. (usually no longer than 5 minutes)
Paula’s cell- 860-518-5902

2- continued temperature taking before entering.

3- hand washing/ hand sanitizing upon entering a MUST.

4- only bring in what is necessary for appointment.
Cell phones ARE allowed.
NO water bottles/drinks allowed as you will need to remove mask to drink.

5- Please arrange payment ahead of time (preparing checks/ cash/ credit)
I myself accept Venmo, PayPal, Square
With Credit/Debit cards for contactless payments.

Our main goal is for continued client safety, first and foremost. We pledge our continued vigilance with cleaning and sanitizing before your arrival, during and after.

We are still in this together.

Thank you to all the clients we’ve already seen in the first month of re-opening.
Thank you for following all our safety guidelines as well.

#1-wear your mask.

#2-when you arrive, text us and wait in car for the all clear.

#3-prepare payment ahead of time if you’re writing a check.
I also accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Square for credit/debit.

#4-please do not bring purses/ backpacks into salon.

Amber is so fun, today we did an icy lavender with purple roots, great for a summer pop of color!!!

It’s been a great first week back. So wonderful to see you all as we continue to serve our clients, providing a safe environment or all of us. We’re looking forward to seeing you all.

We have been informed that the Governor has changed the dates for reopening salons in Connecticut
to June 1, 2020.

Directions Salon will remain closed until then.
As always, we remain committed to staying safe and following all mandates put forward.
We have already been in the process of scheduling clients for the May dates, needless to say, We will be rescheduling May and early June appointments soon.
