Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used for energy balancing, stress reduction, and relaxation. Along with Chakra balancing, Breath work, meditation, and sound healing are important components of Moon Yogi's energy healing sessions. Each treatment is followed by 10-15 min of integration. REIKI CLASSES
Reiki 1, 2, and Master Teacher Level Classes. You can take levels 1 & 2 separately or together in one intensive class. Students receive printed materials, attunements and a certificate of completion. The classes are a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration, and practice time.
