I get it. Trust me. You want to get the momentum going but there is an overwhelming feeling when you think about routines to do, equipment to use and making sure you have the right form to prevent injury.

What are you having for dinner tonight?
We’re having this yummy chicken spaghetti! The original recipe is low carb/keto friendly. However, we opted to also toss in some plant based spaghetti along with the zoodles (picture of spaghetti brand in the comments). We did this because zoodles aren’t always filling for us and the plant based spaghetti makes this dish much more kid friendly for our girls. Let us know if you try the recipe!

If you know the Pecks, you know we LOVE food (Mr. Fitness With Dal P especially!) So much so, that clean eating can be a major challenge. Yes, even for a Personal Trainer 🙃😅
However, we’re really putting focus on the 80-20 rule now with 80 percent clean eating. You cannot out train a bad diet!
We’ll be sharing some of our favorite meals and recipes.

*Grape tomatoes
*Fresh mozzarella
*Grilled avocado
*Sunny-side up egg
*Grilled chicken prepped for the week

I have to admit that I thought the same thing when I started to work out. Some days you are going to be sore after a workout and other days you are not. ⠀
