Dear Zumba Family,

❤️ My heart is heavy for having to do this again, but due to health reasons that are out of my control, I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from teaching Zumba for now. My body is asking me to slow down, rebuild my strength, and take care of myself deeply — and I have to listen.

I will miss our energy, our laughter, the music, and you — so much.

I truly hope this isn’t goodbye forever, but just a pause. I’m so grateful for every dance we’ve shared, and I hope we’ll be moving together again as soon as I feel physically and mentally prepared.

Take care of yourselves, and keep dancing — for me too. I hope to see you at the gym at other instructor's classes because I am definetely keep pushing myself to get better and I will keep working out whenever I feel well.
