Hi! I'm Maya, and I love the opportunity to have new faces... and hair in my chair! 🪩

I specialize in reds(all shades), extensions, and detailed/customized blonding. ✨ I have been doing hair for over 5 years now! I always strive for clean, seamless, effortless results and with that comes a lot of detail and intentional placement! Everything I do is customized to you... your hair, your head shape, and analysis of skin tones/eye color/face shape.

Most importantly, I'm human and I love the relationships I build with other humans. I can chat about anything, but also I'm a great listener (or silent worker. I'm truly such an introvert and always appreciate silent appointments). I love catching up on your life, your trips, and your families! But we will have an extra great time if you have dogs, love Taylor Swift, wanna talk baseball (specifically the Cubs), or have a passion for fitness (my second job is coaching!)

Never ever ever did I expect to be where I am after 5 years, but they told me this career can be anything you make of it and wow is that true!

Last year was a huge year of expansion and growth for Reese Marie. It's been so cool to build a team who excitedly supports the growth and who sees and dreams of Reese Marie going big places in the future, the same as us!

And of course this career cannot happen without the guests! The relationships I've built over these years are so special. Whether you've been with me since the beginning or hopped on later in this journey, thank you for your support and sharing your time with me🫶🏻

One year between these "befores" 😮

So how did we do it? Extensions.

Once again disproving the myth that "extensions ruin your hair," this gal can attest that her hair hasn't looked this great in years!

But, it wasn't JUST the extensions. When we decided to finally pull the trigger and get the extensions, I told her we were going to go on a hair health journey. She had to agree to let me trim her hair as much as I needed any time her extensions came out, she turned the hot tools down (and even says she uses them way less often!), and not required but helpful- she switched to professional brand homecare (Aveda)- because you're investing in your appointments, you should invest in your homecare too!!!

She's still keeping the extensions for now, but not because we need them, just cuz we like them. And that's how it should be!
