Years ago, I probably would’ve thought that sounded boring.
Now? It’s pretty much my perfect day. 💛

Proactively asking God to guard my mind and protect my peace changes everything.
Before the thoughts spiral. Before the emotions take over. Before the day gets away from me.
“Lord, get in my head and my heart before I do.”
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:7
Bible • Workout • Work • Family • Sleep • Repeat 🔁
Some days we need more than motivation.
We need God’s strength.
If you’re on a health journey, I pray this encourages your heart today. 🤍
Lord, today I give You my health journey.
Give me wisdom to make choices that honor You, and discipline to stay faithful when motivation fades.
Remind me that my worth isn’t measured by a number on a scale, but by Your love for me.
Help me care for this body with gratitude, not guilt.
When I fall short, give me the courage to begin again.
Strengthen my body, renew my mind, and draw me closer to You each day.
May my pursuit of health always bring glory to You.
