I’m at my studio today working on this new series for my art show coming up in a couple weeks.
This is one, in a series of work expressing the passing of time, and my effort to preserve some of my favorite houses and trees in my neighborhood, in paintings. I find it so sad when these cute old houses are scraped to build bigger, new structures, and trees that have seen decades here, are cut down with no thought to their lives, and the creatures who call them home.
