Fiona is a massage therapy student and former competitive swimmer who knows how much thoughtful, hands-on care can do for performance and well-being.

Passionate about understanding each client’s unique body and needs, she blends deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy with Swedish and Thai techniques. The result is intentional, personalized sessions that relieve pain, support recovery, and leave you restored.

You’ll have a professional setting to welcome clients, with a hydraulic massage table and a shared waiting area, without taking on a full monthly rental while you’re still figuring the rest out.
