Today was very bittersweet as a friend and co-owner at Fringe Salon.
After 10 years of owning this business together, today was Lindie’s “last day” to work in the salon with us. We are excited to announce that she has accepted the Cosmetology Instructor position at Iowa Park High School starting in August.
With over 2 decades of experience in this industry, those cosmo kiddos at IPHS are not only getting one of the very best, but also taking half of my heart as well. Please wish her well as she begins her new career! We will miss her terribly!

Who’s feelin ‘22 ⁉️⁉️
We wanted to take a minute to express our love and gratitude to each and every one of our clients for choosing us year after year.

This industry is a tricky one! We learned through the pandemic that we are “non essential” workers in the minds of many. We also learned how to stick together and most of you all know that we are like the “golden girls” in our own sense. (And yes, I (krystal) am the mean one)😘
So while we all deserve a psychology degree to hang along with our license, you my friends are the real deal! Thank you for your loyalty, and continued support so we can still do what we love!
Can hardly wait to see each of you soon 💋

Who is up for a challenge?

All of us here at Fringe Salon are ready to BALL OUT! By that, we mean Cheese Balls!
If you are a person who makes a bomb cheese ball, we will take entries next Tuesday- Thursday. The winner will be announced Thursday afternoon, and they will win a liter of Shampoo & Conditioner.

Bring it on! Your best recipe, and don’t forget the crackers.

From January 2022, all clients will incur a small price increase on their services. We have not increased our prices in over 5 years, and due to increasing supply costs and fees we want to still be able to offer only the best quality products available.
If you have any questions regarding this please contact your stylist for details.

If you are a client who pays your stylist with Venmo, please read below. In order to stay away from these new fees please just give us a “👍🏼” or a “😘” on your Venmo payment rather than “hair” or “💇🏻‍♀️”

Hey Guys and Gals,
We wanted to take a second to thank you for your continued support and cooperation during these crazy times. I know lots of places like ours are easing up on rules, but please remember our license is at stake. We want to remain OPEN for business, therefore I’ll post our salon rules as a refresher.

1) masks ARE required
2) NO guests or children are allowed to accompany during your appt. All guests will be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle during your appt.
3) if you‘ve been ill or have been exposed please follow the CDC and Health Dept guidelines and stay home.

We are so grateful and thankful for your business, and as the virus continues to spread PLEASE remember that we ARE NOT deemed essential workers so we need your help staying open.

Also- remember we have a bun in the oven and we want to keep her and Momma healthy!

Beginning tomorrow July 7, when we start seeing appts we will he enforcing the mask policy. All clients and stylists must wear a mask inside the salon and for the duration of your appt. It saddens me, because it will make our visits seem so impersonal. However, if it will help us be able to send our kiddos back to school we are willing to give it a shot!

Same rules apply: no guests or children can accompany you at your appt.

We’ve had an amazing month back in the salon! Thank you for understanding our new normal in the shop. I want to post a few reminders as summer has officially started and the world seems to be getting somewhat back to normal.

* if you feel sick, or have been around ANY sickness please reschedule your appt
* feel free to provide your own mask if desired, however we do not require one.
