🚨 PCOS & Metabolism Truth Bombs 💣

If you’ve ever said “I’m just not hungry in the morning,” your metabolism might be waving a white flag. 🙋‍♀️

✔️ Skipping meals ≠ discipline.
✔️ Skipping meals = dysregulated cortisol, slowed metabolism, and hormone chaos.

Start simple:
✨ 30–40g of protein per meal
✨ Eat within 60–90 minutes of waking
✨ Repeat daily for metabolic momentum

Want to feel steady energy, fewer crashes, and more cycle consistency? Let’s nourish your body back to balance. 🌿

You can’t handle the truth! 😳

Ever heard that line? (No, not from that famous movie)

Well… that’s what your doctor thinks when it comes to running full labs for PCOS.

But here’s the truth: not only can you handle it — you deserve it. 💪✨

The real reason they won’t run the labs?

It’s not because they think you’ll freak out. 😒

It’s because they wouldn’t change their recommendations whether your labs are perfect or wildly off.

They’d still hand you birth control 💊, tell you to “just lose weight” 🥱, and send you on your way.

Inside the PCOS app, I show you exactly what labs should be run 🧪, how to ask for them confidently 💬, and how to interpret them yourself 🧠 — because your health deserves better.

👉 Type APP below to get a message from robot Caitlin 🤖 and learn what your doctor won’t tell you.

Don’t let the lull between holidays be an excuse to check out on your health and goals.

Use it as a time to tap into your heart and what really needs to be addressed.

It’s okay for this time to be a time where you slow down- even though the world will poke at you with lots of different priorities.

I have a busy month ahead, with a lot on my plate. The only way I’m making it through feeling good is making sure I prioritize what matters most.

To me that is time in prayer and reading my Bible, meal prepping and sticking to my plan, staying on top of my calendar daily, and getting good sleep at night.

If I do that I’ll be able to exercise and move my body to invest in energy and mental boosts.

I will have a healthier more comfortable menstrual cycle.

I won’t be driven to the next thing to snack on or sugary treat to relieve my stress.

What little shift could you make to help you approach December revived instead of reeling from holiday fatigue syndrome.

Living with PCOS can be super alienating and you feel like no one else really understands what it feels like. 🙋🏽‍♀️I do though. What did I miss? Tell me in the comments below.
