Truthful Tuesday! For the last TWO years, I’ve been getting up at 6:30 AM to go to the gym before heading to Sensual Selections and Spa, but still wasn’t reaching my goals.

Big thanks to Victoria and Chela for supporting my health journey! This journey is about so much more than weight loss—it’s about overall well-being!

Losing my mother to pancreatic cancer and discovering I have diverticulosis shook my world. It forced me to change my diet and reassess my approach to health. I realized that modern medicine has its place alongside my holistic beliefs.
