This isn’t something I rushed into. I spent years researching, vetting trainers, and waiting until I found the right one before committing because this work deserves that level of care.
This service is for women who’ve had mastectomies, reconstructive surgery, or ar**la loss/discoloration from any cause and want to feel whole again.
It’s medical. It’s artistic. And it’s deeply personal.
Today I turn 39. And I’m walking into this year loud, proud, and unapologetically me.
This past year tested me. It humbled me. It also taught me who I am when things don’t go the way I planned.
This year, David and I lost a pregnancy at 8 weeks. I don’t share that for pity I share it because too many women carry this alone. We don’t talk about loss, about fertility struggles, about the “When are you having kids?” questions that land harder than people realize. So if you’re going through it you’re not alone, and it’s okay to talk about it.
But here’s what 39 taught me: I’m thankful for what I have. And I’m thankful for what I don’t because every version of my story got me here, stronger. Happy birthday to me!! 🎉🎂🎁💐🙏✨❤️
