As a small business owner and mom of three, my schedule and income are directly impacted by late cancellations and no-shows. Over the past several months, I’ve experienced a significant increase in last-minute appointment changes, so I’ll be updating my cancellation policy effective immediately.

✨ Updated Cancellation Policy ✨

• 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointment scheduling may be limited.

I completely understand that emergencies, illness, and unexpected situations happen. In those cases, fees may be waived at my discretion.

When appointments are canceled last minute, it often leaves me without enough time to fill that space, which has a major impact on my business and my ability to provide for my family. Giving as much notice as possible truly makes a huge difference and allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another guest.
