Dana thru her back out deadlifting. Ouch.

She came in at a level 9 pain.

After mobility (inside her ROM), some deep tissue (inside her tolerance), lower back decompression techniques and a lot of breath coaching for timed releases and’s relaxation.

Dana left at a mind blowing level 1 🤯

Austin Hamm stopped in today for a last-minute session to work through a bicep issue before heading out.

We loosened up the back, got the body moving better, and sent him off to the chiropractor to keep the process going.

It takes an entire team to take care of these big bodies, and that’s exactly what Legacy League is all about. Teamwork.
