We always try to portray our lives or careers a certain way on social media, often only showing the best parts of the process. The truth is, there’s just as many downs as there are ups but lowest times make you appreciate the wins 100x more.

Moral of the story: It’s okay to break, cry, scream, and take some time to release. But always pick yourself back up, remember who you are, and lock back in.
