This video shows what’s happening underneath the surface when your shoulders stay elevated. Many people don’t even realize they’re doing it until their neck feels tight and headaches show up.
If this sounds familiar, your upper traps are doing way more work than they signed up for. Think of it like leaving a light on in a room all day. Your muscles are designed to work, they’re NOT meant to stay on all day.
And if your husband is anything like mine, you know leaving the lights on means you’ll be hearing about that bill later 🙄 Your muscles are the same way. They need to know when it’s time to work and when it’s time to relax or tightness and pain become the price you pay.

A few updates that I’m excited to share!!
• My website has been updated to make booking even easier🫧
• Hot Stone Massage is now available 👀
• Cupping sessions now include both silicone and plastic cups, allowing me to better customize treatments based on your needs.
As we continue to grow, I’ve also updated my pricing. New client pricing is effective immediately and is now reflected on the website. Existing clients will continue to receive current pricing through July 1, 2026.
For active Wellness members, your current rate will remain unchanged 💚

Few fun facts you might not know ✨
I came up with a business name back when I was still in school. I’ve always loved a good pun, so a play on my name just felt right. For years, I was convinced my business would be called Green, Meggs & Hands (friends call me Meggs btw)
Recently, my daughter and I started watching Green Eggs & Ham (10/10 recommend!) and it brought me right back to where it all began.

Hey everyone! 2026 is finally here and we wish all of you a happy and healthy start to the new year.🌱
This January feels extra special as today marks ONE WHOLE YEAR of service since our launch in 2025. 🥳🥲🥂🎉
As is true for any new business, the decision to independently own and operate this practice was an exciting, bold leap of faith that came with very real doubts:
▫️Is this the right time?
▫️Will the people who value what we offer actually find us?
▫️Am I prepared to be a business owner and a mom of two?
Fortunately, as a result of our teamwork, perseverance, and the absolute BEST clientele on the planet, we answered those questions with a resounding “YES”
ATOG continues to grow at a rate that exceeded even our loftiest expectations, and so much of that is owed to all of you who believed and supported from the beginning.
Success doesn’t come easily, and for that reason 2026 will be a year where we continue to aim high and strive to provide the incomparable service that we’re becoming known for.
