My daughter lives in Colorado and moved there over five years ago after graduating from UCF with a bachelor’s degree in Event Management. Since then, she’s built an impressive career—working nearly four years as an event manager for a catering company, followed by a role as Marketing and Events Coordinator for a restaurant group.

Unfortunately, due to challenges the company is facing, her position was recently eliminated. That brings me to this post.
