Jenn will lead a 30 minute restorative practice to allow to drop into a relaxed state 😌 then Thomas will use a variety of instruments to induce deep relaxation and to promote healing through sound. We start with 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga 🧘‍♀️ to begin the process of relaxation and settling into the breath. The remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies to allow your Brain waves to slow down and to shift in a more relaxed, even dreamlike state. This is a full-body therapeutic and restorative process.
