Curly cut and hand painted highlights

A dry curl by curl haircut to get rid of her old (too light) highlights and dry ends. I painted a warm color (no bleach) on her hair picking out curls to give her a subtle warm look and pop out those curls!

A good trim on the ends and lots of layers to give this thick hair a new shape. And as always I cut this dry and curl by curl.

It had been a long time since her last cut so we took a couple inches off her length to get off all the dry ends that were weighing her curls down. Lots of layers for extra volume
