I’ll be set up alongside my fam Black Watch Tattoo Gallery doing flash nail art in memory and benefit for our buddy Chris Welch 🖤 I’ll be donating these press ons I made with Chris’ Friday the 13th flash and all proceeds are going to his fam. Alright, I guess it’s time to announce some bittersweets news….

I’ll be closing the doors of Darling Desperada in Worcester at the end of October ☹️

Honestly, this wasn’t really the plan. I wanted to keep my little shop for as long as I could while I ventured off to Maine. But the economy is sh*tty, people are spending less, and bookings in Worcester have slowed down enough that continuing to drive back and forth just doesn’t make sense for me anymore. I can’t justify spending the time, gas, and energy to make the trip when my books aren’t filling. Real heartbroken to say at the least 💔

It’s definitely bittersweet. I’ve put a LOT into this little space in ⛓ 𝕹𝖊𝖜 𝕿𝖗𝖆𝖉𝖎𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓 ⛓ and into building Darling Desperada, and I’ve met some really amazing people because of it. I’m so grateful for everyone who has supported me, booked with me, bought something, came to an event, or just followed along. I’m grateful for my family here at New Tradition and all the nights it’s given me. I’m also grateful for BRITTANY joining me when I was so overbooked I was about to die cause I wanted to make everyone happy. We’ve really made this little shop something special!

So — October will be my last month in Worcester. If you’ve been meaning to get in, this is your sign to book because once those doors close, they’re closed. In the meantime, I have my studio in Maine if you’re in the Portland area and I also am trying to focus more on press ons!

I don’t totally know what the next chapter looks like yet, but I know I’m ready for something different.

Hey sweet thangs! Couple things…

🦇 You may have noticed I’ve dumbed down my booking… it took me weeks of comparing and contrasting different nail techs’ across the country booking info in order for it all to make the most sense😅. Instead of all that length and kind of fill multiple options crap, it’s now as simple as it can get with two steps you need to follow. There are still add ons if you need a soak off, nail fix etc.

🕸️ You’ll also notice I’ve added another tier and reworked the descriptions. PLEASE read these when booking! Also.. can we get back to texting me your inspo so we can be on the same page about tiers? Plz? 🥹 I’ve been giving the lot of yall way more extensive tiers than what you booked and not charging extra because I have imposter syndrome. The issue now is that my commute costs me an entire appointment sometimes and that ain’t cool. *** I will be adding highlights to better understand the tiers of past work.
