However, if they happen to be in Need of a Little Snooze I take it as a Complete Compliment when my Guest Feels Comfortable and Relaxed enough to Fall Asleep in my Care! 💆‍♀️💤

My Guests are Night Nurses, Moms, Students, Military, Business Women.. the List goes on! A lot of them will Plan their Appointments around their Sleep Schedules so they’re able to Multitask a Prioritized Moment of Rest during their Beauty Services. By All Means, Snore Away! 🫶

Having a Calming Atmosphere, Aroma Therapy, Extra Bed Cushions, Blankets, Music Playlists that are Easy to Listen to, Having your Supplies Easily Accessible, Soft Hand Placement.. Every Little Detail plays a part in a Guest’s Experience. 💁‍♀️✨ IMO Customer Service is THEE Biggest Factor in what sets us Apart from anywhere else. As would say “Treat Every Guest like they are your Only Appointment that day!” Focus on what you can do to Revamp this aspect of your Business and watch your Guest Retention Flourish. 👯‍♀️
