I’m Tae, your girl behind the hair.

A little update about me;

I’m going on 13 years in this incredible industry and that feels so crazy to say.

Truthfully, I really do love all the services I offer- but I tend to specialize in blonding and dimensional color- and I LOVE enhancing with extensions. I have a long list of reasons you can’t live without them but that’s for a different post 🙂

I have two beautiful, amazing, perfect littles at home that are annoyingly spitting images of my husband. But he’s super cute, so I guess it’s fine.

Prioritizing hair health is the most important thing to me during my journey with my guests. I try to also incorporate clean/ non-toxic products as it’s my job to give you the best products for you.

I’m a .hairstudio girl for life 🫶🏼 if you have been into our salon, you know why. I couldn’t ask for a more beautiful space or more beautiful people to spend my time with.

Unfortunately, I’m late everywhere I go. It’s something I’m trying to work on but like… it’s just who I am 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s a great “problem” to have to be booked with returning clients— it doesn’t give me a ton of space to meet new guests; but when I do, it’s so much fun to make these new connections! I appreciate all my new guest requests who often make appointments months out to come sit in my chair. You guys are awesome 👏🏼

Another year of time well spent, making more memories with my beautiful bestie. Becoming a mom myself puts so much into perspective-
Not only am I so lucky to have you as my mom, but the relationship you have built with my kids is something I could not have even dreamed for them ♥ I can never repay you for everything you do for me- I’m truly grateful for you. And I thank my stars every day that you’re mine. We are ALL lucky to have you, 𝑩𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒆 💞🥳

Another year of ups (+downs) with you all ❣️

Being there when you start dating, or get engaged, married, pregnant- When your daughters and sons get married and have babies. When you move into new homes or get new jobs; And the unfortunate side, when you experience divorce, stress or loss.. it’s truly my pleasure to be here with you.
This will never be a simple client/ service provider relationship to me. And I’m completely okay with it. I’m happy to invest my heart into each one of you.

In the craziest, most enjoyable season of life. My career has definitely taken a back seat for this year; But, I love more than ever my days in the salon getting to connect with y’all. It keeps me balanced 🙏🏻

Update on business + life:

First order of business is you have to notice my AMAZING hair that quite literally slaved over for 4 hours 🫣 I am totally feelin my best self post baby and that’s not easy to come by!
So thank you big to my hair bestie ❤️‍🔥

Welcoming our beautiful, perfect, angel babe into this world just 4 months ago has been the most magical time. And I’m currently LOVING my absolute perfect balance between workin and mommin’
Wally is thriving in his role as a big brother and I couldn’t love these kids any more!!!

Returning to .hairstudio creating gorgeous hair with my favorite girls, has been such an easy transition into being a working mother x2.
These kids are the biggest blessing and I’m so lucky to have this career which allows me all the flexibility I need.

That being said, an idea I had a few years ago has resurfaced and I’m excited to take on a new journey!

Starting August, I’ll be working one day a week inside of a local salon in my home town ✨

My schedule moving forward will be:
M W F @ Kalon
Sun @ Relax

My hope is having a space to service my local clients, more free spaces will open in my schedule at Kalon 🫶🏼
So far, August booked very quickly in Bellefontaine so I’m now booking into September!
