Love this time of year 🎄. It was so great seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones at ScentXplore 2024 . I sadly never take enough photos but was able to snap a few. Finished filling and bottling our 2nd debut fragrance last night, Onsen Minerale. This has really been a fun journey from formulation to final bottling and brand development and packaging design. Although I wear a lot of hats it feels great seeing it all come together. Looking forward to sharing these creations with the world. Coming soon to in Old City Philadelphia. ✨ Launch event happening on Saturday, November 18th from 4-7pm. 👀 Hope to see some familiar faces and meet new ones as well.
New Fragrance Launch coming soon for Melon Masu by Cult of Kaori, the premiere fragrance by independent perfumer Chris Undi.
Melon Masu—A summer saké scent that blends floral melon, Japanese cedar and warm amber.
Inspired by rituals of drinking cold, crisp saké to escape the heat of the summertime, Melon Masu encapsulates the image of a saké glass filled to the brim and overflowing into a square, wooden masu cup. Soak up the sun in our debut fruity, floral, amber scent.
Scent Notes:
TOP: Saké, Pear, Cucumber
MID: Mountain Water, Fermented Rice, Green Melon, Rose, Iris, Jasmin
BASE: Sweet Musk, Japanese Cedar, Hinoki Wood, Amber.

Smelling all the tea 🫖 today! I’ve been experimenting on a new fragrance around Peach Skin Tea 🍑. Smelling mate absolute, osmanthus, some keemun tea from Firmenich, and Black Tea from Robertet. So many facets of tea, it’s hard to choose. My experience so far on this creation is a burst of milky peach and osmanthus in the opening and vanilla and black tea in the dry down. But that milky skin musk peach is consistent throughout the life of that fragrance. Interesting sprinkles of trace notes of magnolia, rose de mai, cassia co2 cinnamon, etc.

Labels have arrived!! I don’t think I’ve been this excited about labels in well, ever! I never thought it would take this long to launch a few fragrances but every step is important at this phase and I want to set the stage for future releases with brand consistency. 🤞 Hoping people enjoy them as much as I’m enjoying making them.

Lovely meeting Nick of .stories and smelling some of his newest fragrances. Thank you for your words of wisdom for young fragrances brands. And for smelling my creations as well. Thank you for hosting this event and creating this platform where the community can experience such scent creations . This store is truly a gem in the city of Philadelphia.
