As much as we love Summer it surely brings out the chaos in our schedules. Thus resulting in more time spent outdoors and at the pool or beach that we desperately need to decompress. The only downside to that is the dehydration we experience from the environmental and chlorine pollutants. But it is all good, we keep our skin intact despite what season we’re in.
