Hello Wonderful Women!
I hope you can join us (and know you are always welcome!) on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30PM at R.I.S.E. Integrated Mental Health for our Weekly W.A.V.E. Women’s Circle. A space held for conversation with intentions of support, education and connection!

W.A.V.E. DIPS! WAVE is partnering with Saltwater Mountain Co. this Fall - to offer you free community cold-water dipping experiences - you can come if you’re curious - to watch, learn or even dip!
WAVE-THEMED DIPS are at York Harbor Beach on the following Wednesdays at 4:30PM prior to WAVE Group: 10/28, 11/25

COMMUNITY EVENTS are everything! Come say HI! And learn about some health and wellness options this Saturday 10/3 from 9-12 at the center of York Village “on the Village Green.” Raffles, kid-friendly atmosphere, etc!! R.I.S.E. Integrated Mental Health and W.A.V.E. at R.I.S.E. will be there! Thank you, Community Wellness Festival
