In the past I used this page as a platform to help educate, motivate, and inspire people.
However over the past 6-7 years hit ROCK BOTTOM with my health.
The first pic you see was me 10 years ago. 190 lbs and rock solid with 10% body fat. The current picture is me... well lets say NOT THAT! :(
Tomorrow I am starting a 90 Day Challenge. I am going to regain my health. NO EXCUSES. I am gonna let you follow my journey and be totally transparent.
I will be sharing my story live and in person over the next week.
My goal is to first regain my health and lose 60 lbs.
But it is also to inspire someone just like me or anyone of any age who may have let life kick them in the gut.
