While rain isn't the end of the world, it CAN be the end of an outdoor ceremony dream.

Fortunately, yesterday's storms cleared up like they were told to for my sweet bride's wedding!

My bride, her family, and bridesmaids were so incredibly sweet, upbeat, and joyful. The entire getting ready morning/early afternoon was relaxed and joyful, which is the absolute best!

The biggest compliment I received yesterday came from my bride, when she was telling me how beautiful she felt and followed it with, "I feel like myself." I can't think of a more meaningful compliment!

If you're getting married soon, I highly recommend building in a good time buffer so you have time to relax on your wedding day, have fun, and soak in the day!

Is there anything more beautiful on a wedding day than a peaceful and happy bride?

Trial days are one of my favorite days, as I get to know the bride, her dreams for her big day, and how I can support her and help her highlight her beauty.

I can't wait for my upcoming July wedding! I have been so blessed by all my brides - each one has been so fun to work with!

So while I'm looking forward to July, looking back at how absolutely stunning Amber was on her wedding day makes my heart smile!
