thứ khiến người ta bỏ nghề lại là ÁP LỰC phải sống theo một mô hình quá lớn.
Mình gặp rất nhiều người mới làm spa với một tâm lý rất giống nhau:
Phải thuê mặt bằng đẹp, Phải decor sang.
Phải đầu tư máy móc thật nhiều, Phải làm cho “ra dáng spa”.
Và rồi…
Chưa kịp có khách ổn định,đã bắt đầu mệt vì TIỀN MẶT BẰNG, nhân sự, quảng cáo và đủ loại chi phí phải gồng mỗi tháng.
Điều đáng nói là:
Nhiều người làm nghề thật sự rất có tâm.
