In 2026, everyone seems to love that soft, messy lash look and I get it. It’s trendy, effortless, and beautiful in its own way.

But personally, I still love the Neat , structured finish of a well balanced lash set.😬

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about following trends it’s about understanding each eye shape, each natural lash, and creating something that actually suits you 🤍

In any business, there will always be mixed opinions whether it’s beauty, food, or even healthcare.

But A business doesn’t last for years without reason … it grows because of trust and consistent support from its clients.

However, I do feel a bit discouraged when reviews come from people who haven’t actually experienced our services.

We always aim to provide clear consultations and transparent information beforehand, but sometimes, due to timing or personal preferences, it may not proceed and still results in an unfair review.

I hope clients can take a moment to consider before booking and reviewing, so both sides can have a better experience 🤍

And of course, I’m always open to feedback to keep improving every day.

Buồn thì có buồn… nhưng sau nhiều năm làm nghề, mình hiểu rằng mọi cảm xúc đều là một phần của quá trình trưởng thành.

Kinh doanh bất kỳ lĩnh vực nào cũng sẽ có những ý kiến trái chiều đó là điều không thể tránh khỏi, dù là làm đẹp, ăn uống hay thậm chí y tế.

Mình luôn tin rằng giá trị phải đi cùng chất lượng. Một doanh nghiệp có thể tồn tại nhiều năm không phải ngẫu nhiên mà là nhờ sự tin tưởng và ủng hộ từ khách hàng.

Tuy nhiên, mình cảm thấy hơi buồn khi đôi khi có những đánh giá đến từ những khách hàng chưa từng trải nghiệm dịch vụ.

Bên mình luôn tư vấn rõ ràng, minh bạch trước khi đặt lịch, nhưng chỉ vì không phù hợp về thời gian hoặc nhu cầu mà nhận đánh giá chưa thực sự công bằng.

Mình mong rằng mỗi khách hàng sẽ cân nhắc kỹ trước khi đặt lịch và trải nghiệm, để cả hai bên đều có những trải nghiệm tốt đẹp hơn 🤍

Và mình cũng luôn sẵn sàng lắng nghe để cải thiện mỗi ngày.
