Preheat oven to 350ยฐ. Line a large baking sheet with parchment and grease with cooking spray. Melt the cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan together in a microwave. Add eggs and mix until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet and bake until golden and set, 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until soft (5 min). Add garlic and cook until fragrant (1 min). Add tomato paste and mix until onion is well coated.
Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking meat up with a wooden spoon until no longer pink (6 min) Drain.
Return skillet to stove and add marinara. Heat until warmed through. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Cut noodles in half widthwise, then cut each half into 3 pieces. Spoon a small amount of sauce into an 8โ€ baking pan and place 2 noodles in the bottom of the dish. Spread a third of the ricotta over noodles then layer a third of the meat mixture on top, and sprinkle with a third of the shredded mozzarella. Repeat to make 2 more layers. Top with Parmesan.
Bake until cheese is melty and sauce is bubbly (30 min).

* Pepperoni Sticks
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
* ๏ฟฝ2-3 varieties of crackers, breadsticks, mini toast bites
* ๏ฟฝFOR LOW CARB: Use Cheese Crisps (Whisps) and pork rinds
FRUITS & VEGETABLES:
* Fresh vegetables broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, zucchini & red bell peppers
* Dried fruits apricots, cranberries, plaintain chips
* Fresh berries or other fruits strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, blueberries, pineapple & watermelon

Instructions
1. Place the cheeses on a large cookie sheet, platter, slate board or wooden cutting board.

๐Ÿ‘‰This Classic bang bang shrimp recipe is lightened up and served with zoodles for a low carb meal option.
Ingredients
1 Tbsp Butter or Ghee can also use avocado or olive oil
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1ยฝ lb Raw Shrimp peeled and deveined
4 Medium Zucchini spiralized
ยฝ Tsp Chili Flakes to garnish
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley to garnish
For the sauce:
โ…“ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
2 Tbsp Chili Paste Thai chili sauce
Juice and zest of 1 lime

โฏEasy Keto Lasagna Stuffed Portobellos๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

ingredients
โ€ข 4 large portobello mushrooms
โ€ข 4 links of Italian sausage (or about 12 oz other ground meat)
โ€ข 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
โ€ข 1 cup sugar free marinara sauce
โ€ข 1 cup whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
โ€ข chopped parsley to garnish if desired

instructions
1 Brush the mushrooms with a dry paper towel to clean off any dirt or compost. Remove stems if present and use a spoon to scrape out the brown ribs.
2 Remove the sausage from the casing and press into four patties. Press one patty into each mushroom cap, going all the way to the edges and up the sides.
3 Spoon 1/4 cup ricotta into each mushroom cap and press to the edges, leaving a dent in the center for the sauce.
4 Spoon 1/4 cup marinara into each mushroom on top of the ricotta layer.
5 Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each mushroom.
6 Bake in a preheated 375 degree (F) oven for 40 minutes.
7 Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
