• Avoid washing your hair too often, because shampoo strips sebum out of your scalp.

• Avoid using shampoos with sulfate, always check the ingredients and go for sulfate free shampoos.

• Treat your scalp with oils such as Castor Oil, Coconut Oil etc.

• Hot oil treatments atleast once a month.

If you suffer from dandruff, don’t sleep on Apple cider vinegar. Mix it with water in your spray bottle, and spritz twice or 3 times a week. You can also rinse your hair with it during washdays, it works as a cleanser as it rebalances the scalp and prevents excess bacterial growth.
