Place your details on the order. Payment is made upfront and is made via EFT. Banking details and reference will be sent to you. Once proof of payment is received, your order will be placed. Collections / Delivery:
Once your products are available I will notify you and a collection or delivery can be arranged. Deliveries can be arranged:
• Provided it falls within a 5km radius from where I am in Goedeburg – Free delivery.
• Anything exceeding this might have an additional delivery fee.
• The purchase amount much be over R500.
• Deliveries are only done during the day. Please note:
Should a product not be available – you will be notified and you can either request a refund or replace the item with another product. Please note: At times stock might not be available in the warehouse. However, it normally comes on the next delivery scheduled. Therefore, please consider waiting a week or so extra before requesting a refund. Refunds will only be processed after 21 days of the product not being available for delivery or the client has a valid reason for not being satisfied with a product received.
