Shout out to our 8 week transformation challenge winner, Wilna Snyman, who continued her healthy lifestyle for another 6 weeks before she enjoyed her first place prize photoshoot with the talented Jo-Wayne Dauth Photography and Celestial Makeup Artistry.

It is not often that I am at a loss for words, however this time around I have to admit that I am just in awe of this client’s transformation. When I say transformation, I’m not only referring to all the weight that she has lost – she made a conscious decision to follow a lifestyle without an end date. She started with Fit139 in October 2019 shy and reserved – looking at this photo, I see a confident woman who has not only transformed her body but also her mind and soul.

Change takes time. Everyone celebrates results, but we forget to celebrate showing up every single day, doing the work that gets you the results.

Well done pretty lady, it is a privilege to watch you grow from strength to strength – and you certainly motivate more ladies in class than you will ever know. You are such a beautiful person inside and out. PROUD is certainly an understatement.
