Cleansing your skin before using a microcurrent device is crucial for optimal results. ​​​​​​​​​
Cleansing ensures that your skin is free from makeup, dirt, and impurities that can block the microcurrent’s path. Think of your skin as a pathway for the electrical currents to travel through — when it’s clean, the currents can flow smoothly, maximizing conductivity and efficacy.

Additionally, clean skin is more receptive to the benefits of skincare products, so applying a water-based serum or conductive gel after cleansing primes the skin for optimal microcurrent pe*******on.

This not only boosts hydration but also enhances the microcurrent’s ability to reach deep into the skin.

Microcurent treatments at home can be used 5-20 minutes on your face per session. For example, if you divide your face into three sections (forehead, left and right cheek & jaw), your treatment session will be 15 minutes in total. You can even go as far as to divide your forehead area in half (down the middle), which would make your session 20 minutes. ​​​​​​​​​
If you decide to also treat your neck and chest, add another 5 minutes per area - 2.5 minutes on the left and right of each area ❤️

What happens if you use microcurrent without gel?​​​​​​​​​It won't conduct the microcurrent properly and actually messes with the flow. For a cheap, no-frills option, we recommends aloe vera gel, which is water-packed, hydrating, and soothing. The slip really allows for a smooth glide that lasts throughout your session and won't dry on the skin too fast.
