Wash Day Routines. After applying rinse out conditioner,we always wear a shower cap for about an hour before detangling and then rinsing. I find that the heat and moisture trapped in,helps open up the cuticle and allow conditioner to pe*****te the hair more. This results to easy detangling process which is key.
