I've got the ocean in my hair!
and I'm loving it! 💙

I used all natural temporary wax hair dye and flexi rods to produce these amazing blue curls.

The wax dye is temporary and it washes out. It is made with natural ingredients and therefore not harmful to the hair. I paid R100 for 1 small pot at Clicks and the wax comes in different colors. I applied the wax from the ends of the hair upwards without applying to the roots to create an ombre look.

I also did a twist and braid style in the front to compliment the blue curls.

Just finished my feed-in CORNROWS 😁

I did this protective style with Cantu Leave-in conditioning cream, Aunt Jackie's detangler, Isoplus oil-based hairspray and edge gel and olive oil. I used 1 pack of Darling prestretched fibre.

Check out the before and after pictures of this large box braid set on my very own Momma Bear. I used Darling prestretched fibre and I actually only used 2 packs which were R20 each at Pep. This protective style is awesome for these summer days and great for treating your hair. I applied olive and jojoba oil as well as an oil moisturizer. Stay tuned for February specials coming soon.

FLEXI ROD CURLS!

Check out the before, process and after pictures of this flexi rod set. I used the smallest/thinnest set I could find which was the number 6 set. I used a combination of Aunt Jackie's ice curls gel and a cheaper gel.
I love the results.
